COVID-19

BELOW IS A LIST OF REAL ESTATE PHOTO SHOOT RULES THAT WE INSIST ON FOLLOWING FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.

1. Please ensure that the home is clean and disinfected before we arrive for the shoot. This includes all items we may need to touch (door knobs, light switches etc.)

2. To avoid direct access with anyone during the shoot, we would like the home to be vacant at the time of the shoot. If someone is required to be at the shoot social distancing guidelines must be followed. Please discuss this scenario with the photographer in advance.

3. As many of my clients like, I would typically move/hide unsightly items that weren't previously moved. I WILL NOT be doing this going forward. I encourage you or your clients to review my "Get Your Home Ready for Photos" Brochure (See Button Below) and take a second look at their home to ensure it is photo ready before we arrive. Below are a few items that are typically left out. Please keep in mind that we don't usually shoot unfinished spaces (garages), which make excellent places to hid unsightly items.

     - Trash Cans (Kitchen Bathroom)(Outside Trash)

     - Cleaning Supplies (Bathroom)

     - Remote Controls and Chargers

4. Please ask your clients to turn all lights. This includes: overhead/recessed lighting, microwave/range lights, hallways, fan lights (all fans off).

5. Have window shades down and open at a 90 degree angle.

6. Please do not double book us with anyone else (showings/contractors/cleaners/etc). Please schedule a min. of 45 minutes between all appointments.

7. Lastly... Please, Please, Please notify us of the client has any flu/virus symptoms. This listing is not more important than the lives of mine and my family (or yours!).

8. We will wear a mask the entire shoot and will keep our gear sanitized at all times.
