You may want to consider choosing some of the "Add On" options as well. These services carry a savings if chosen with a basic photo shoot and will save you time and effort.

***COVID-19***
Going forward a few new policies will go in to place to ensure the safety of the photographer and the clients we are shooting for. Please see the menu item for COVID-19 for a complete list of rules and updates.

*We will do our best to accommodate preferred date and time.

Please provide lock box code and any additional access instructions.

These items are only to be added to a current shoot.

Video's will include drone footage where applicable and at the photographers discretion. All videos will come with royalty free music and are allowed to be post to social media, the MLS and marketed where applicable. *When a drone is used, the client also will receive drone photos at NO additional cost.

NEW CLIENT BOOKING FEE
A 50% down payment of your total order cost is required as part of your first order. This will be billed via Square.com subsequently after you submit your order. (Fee can be waived at our discretion)

CAN I GET THE EXACT TIME/DATE I WOULD LIKE?

We will contact you via phone/text to finalize your shoot schedule. We will always do our best to schedule your shoot at your requested time and date, but due to current schedule/driving routes we may not always to.

 

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I GET?

A shoot typically includes as many photos as a the size and detail of the home requires. An average listing will receive multiple shots of the exterior, main rooms, master and additional finished spaces. Notable details to be highlighted as well.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS BACK?

Our officially delivery time for real estate photography is the end of the following day of your photo shoot, but we typically deliver our photos the next morning. Other products such as walk-though videos, slideshows, commercial and product shoots typically need more editing time and delivery will be discussed at the time of booking.

 

HOW ARE MY PHOTOS DELIVERED?

All shoots are delivered via our client portal through our Zenfolio site. If you are a new client you will get an introduction email with your first photo delivery with instruction on how to download photos. If you have ordered a video product you will get a Vimeo Hyperlink in which you can paste in to the MLS. If you would like a download of your video please request that as well.

 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

We are proud to be located in Saint Louis, Missouri. Like many small business we work all hours of the day and night. You are welcome to call, text or email whenever you would like, but you might have to wait until the next day for a response. We pride ourselves on a quick response rate. A quick text is our favorite way to communicate!

 

WHERE WILL YOU SHOOT?

We will gladly shoot in most areas of St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Eureka and East St. Louis (Surrounding Areas). Please contact us if you aren't sure about a particular shoot you need.
